ArgScan™: the resistome in a single tube

ArgScan™ exhaustively detects, in a single tube:
- antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs);
- mobile genetic elements (MGEs) and plasmids;
- integrons;
- heavy-metal resistance genes.
Its panels are aligned with the WHO priority pathogens list, for consistent One Health surveillance, from the clinic to the environment.
Alongside it, PlasmScan™ types the plasmids that carry resistance and virulence (IncF, IncI, ColE1…).
